Jordan McGuire, 14-year-old boy was killed and his 16-year-old brother, Joshua McGuire, was seriously injured in a Shelton, Washington car crash, according to a KOMO News report. Joshua was driving a BMW north on SR-3 just south of Allyn the morning of April 14, 2009 when he lost control of the car and struck a utility pole, Washington State Patrol officials said. Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene.
Joshua was taken to Mason General Hospital with serious head injuries and a broken neck. He was later airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
