Accident causes and Liability Issues
There are few or no details in this news report about what or who caused this accident. There are still several unanswered questions here. Was this accident caused by the motorcyclist? Did one of the other drivers cause the accident? Was one of the drivers under the influence, distracted, speeding or negligent at the time of the collision? If there was negligence involved on the part of one of the other drivers, he or she could be held liable for the accident and injuries caused.
In such cases where negligence of wrongdoing may be a factor, victims would be well-served to consult with an experienced Santa Ana personal injury attorney to find out more information about their legal rights and options. Victims in such cases would also be well-advised not to discuss their case or injuries with insurance adjusters or attorneys/representatives for the other parties. Do not sign papers or enter into a settlement until you have a knowledgeable injury lawyer on your side.
