What Caused this Accident?
If this news report is accurate, it appears that something went horribly wrong with the Mazda or its driver. There are several questions here. Was there a vehicle defect or a mechanical malfunction in the Mazda that caused the driver to lose control? Was there another vehicle involved? Did another driver force the Mazda out of the roadway? Was there a dangerous condition on the roadway that caused this tragic accident?
It would be in the best interests of these victims’ families to preserve the Mazda in its current crashed condition, in tact, so it can be thoroughly examined by an expert for auto product defects, mechanical malfunctions and other evidence.
