Seven people were injured after two vehicles collided head-on at a Reseda street intersection.

According to a news report in the CBS Local news report, the two-car crash occurred at the intersection of Sherman Way and Tampa Avenue the night of September 19, 2014.

Los Angeles police officials said two children, ages 5 and 10 received treatment after complaining of pain.

The other injuries range from minor to critical.

Officials said the crash occurred after one of the vehicles
failed to stop a red light. The investigation is still ongoing.
