Fault and Liability
A number of motorcycle accidents occur when vehicles turn in left of the motorcyclists. These are accidents that cause critical or even fatal injuries to motorcyclists.
In cases where negligence or wrongdoing is involved, families of deceased victims can file a wrongful death claim seeking compensation for damages including medical expenses, funeral costs, lost future income, pain and suffering and loss of love and companionship.
Families would also be well advised to contact an experienced Riverside personal injury lawyer who will stay abreast of the official investigation and ensure that the negligent parties are held liable.
