Hit-and-Run Collision in Orange County Causes Injuries


A hit-and-run collision in Garden Grove resulted in serious injuries for a bicyclist the morning of July 2, 2010, The Orange County Register reports. The accident occurred at the intersection of Magnolia Street and Chapman Avenue. The bicyclist suffered severe injuries including a broken leg. He was taken to a local medical center. The vehicle that struck the bicyclist did not stop at the scene. Police are asking that anyone who saw the accident or has information about the hit-and-run collision contact local police at 714-741-5823.

I hope the bicyclist did not suffer life-threatening injuries in this crash and wish him the best for a full recovery. He and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
