Irvine Car Accident Leaves One Dead, Two Injured


Vaishali Bohara, 33, was killed and her husband and son were injured in an Irvine rollover accident. According to a report on, the fatal crash occurred the afternoon of Sept. 23 at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Jamboree Road. The family was in a Mercedes Benz SUV, which rolled over on impact with the other vehicle. Bohara was transported to a trauma center in extremely critical condition and died later at the hospital, police said.

Bohara’s husband and child suffered injuries that were not life-threatening. Both were hospitalized. The occupants of the other vehicle, a woman and two children, were uninjured.
