I offer my deepest condolences to the family members and friends of Gregory Kirwin for their tragic and heartbreaking loss. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

What Caused This Crash?
Based on this news report, it is unclear as to how or why this multi-vehicle crash occurred. There are several unanswered questions here. How did the collision occur? Was it caused by one vehicle that rear-ended the other? Was one of the drivers exceeding the speed limit? Did alcohol, driver distraction or inattention play a part? Did one of the drivers make an unsafe lane change at the time? I trust officials are looking into these and other issues in order to determine precisely what occurred here and why.
Fault and Liability
In cases where negligence is involved, the at-fault motorist can be held liable for the victim’s wrongful death. Families of deceased accident victims can seek compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, lost future income, loss of love and companionship and other related damages. Victims’ families would also be well advised to contact an experienced San Bernardino personal injury lawyer who will analyze all aspects of the incident and ensure that the negligent parties are held liable.
Victims who are involved in multi-vehicle wrecks would be well advised not to rush to a settlement or talk to other parties’ insurance companies or defense lawyers. It would also be in their best interest to refrain from signing any papers or providing insurance companies with access to their medical records before consulting their own injury lawyer. The best personal injury law firms will always offer a free consultation and comprehensive case evaluation to injured victims and their families.
